Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is extremely simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product in 30 days, provided that it remains unused.

Personalized Products: Due to their custom nature and the inability to be resold, and in accordance with Article 15/b of the Distance Selling Regulations published in the Official Gazette on 27.11.2014, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items.

Shipping Fees: Excluding products in the outlet, watch strap, and phone case categories, return and exchange shipping costs are covered by Onywatch. For items in the outlet, watch strap, and phone case categories, the shipping costs will be deducted from your purchase amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Custom-Made Products: Returns are not accepted for bespoke products manufactured based on the customer's specific preferences outside of our standard website offerings. Exchanges can be made for items of equal value to the amount paid.

How to Process a Return: For product returns, please send your item using the Yurtiçi Kargo return code 954682926 to the following address: "Onywatch Rüya Saatçilik Limited Şirketi, John F. Kennedy Caddesi No:13/8 Kavaklıdere, Çankaya, Ankara". After shipping the product, please forward your tracking number to info@onywatch.com.tr. Your refund will be processed to your card within 1 business day after we receive the returned item.

How to Process an Exchange: For product exchanges, please send your item using the Yurtiçi Kargo return code 954682926 to the following address: "Onywatch Rüya Saatçilik Limited Şirketi, John F. Kennedy Caddesi No:13/8 Kavaklıdere, Çankaya, Ankara". After shipping the product, please forward your tracking number to info@onywatch.com.tr. Your new product will be dispatched 1 business day after we receive the returned item.
