The watch travel case will be shipped with the special fleece protective pouch. Italian-made snap fasteners are used for long-lasting durability.
You can have your name engraved on the watch box by using our personalization option.

Shipping is free on all products. If an item is not currently in stock, because our products are entirely handmade, the dispatch time is between 3 to 6 business days.
If you need your order to be shipped urgently, please specify this in the order notes section during checkout.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty:
Our products are covered by our company's warranty for 2 years. A free replacement will be provided for any issues that arise, excluding those caused by user error.
Returns and Exchanges:
Our Return and Exchange Policy is extremely simple. Provided that the product remains unused, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Based on your preference, a refund or product exchange will be processed. For watch straps, unless there is a defect attributable to our company, the return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the gift wrap option is selected, your item will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and finished with a decorative bow. If you include a gift note, it will be placed inside an envelope and delivered directly to your loved ones.
