Shipping

Since all our items are carefully handmade in Turkey and ship from Turkey and made to order specifically for our customers, please allow 3 to 6 business days for processing and dispatch. We ship via FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on availability, with delivery typically taking 2 to 7 days. Once dispatched, your order will be updated with the tracking number and courier details, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Custom & Duties

We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 for orders under $120, and offer free shipping on all orders of $120 and above. Our system automatically calculates customs duties based on your destination at checkout, ensuring your order is delivered with no extra charges or hidden fees upon arrival.

Refund Policy

At Ankyra Leather, we are
dedicated to creating premium leather goods. To ensure transparency and fairness
for everyone, please review our return and refund guidelines before completing
your purchase.

1. Custom & Personalized
Goods 

Items that are engraved,
customized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive
damaged or defective. Please double-check all personalization details before
submitting your order.

2. Return Window &
Conditions 

We exclusively accept returns for
manufacturer defects. You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of
delivery; requests made after this window will be denied. All eligible return
items must be completely unused and in their original packaging.

3. Required Photo / Video

To request a return, refund or
replacement, you must send us a photo or video of the product on the same day
it is delivered.

4. Refund Processing 

Approved refunds are issued back
to your original payment method via Shopify. Please note that original shipping
fees are entirely non-refundable and will be subtracted from your final refund
amount.

5. Return Shipping
Responsibilities

 Unless an item is verified
as defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees (which
will be deducted from your refund). If you are exchanging an item, you will
also need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

6. No Buyer's Remorse 

We do not accept returns for a
change of heart. This includes:

• Deciding you do not like the style, color, or
  texture after delivery.
• Natural characteristics of authentic leather, such
  as inherent wrinkles, minor surface marks, or variations in color tone.

7. Two-Year Limited Warranty 

We stand by our craftsmanship
with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not
apply to:

• Standard wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or
  misuse.
• The natural aging process of leather, including
  stretching, surface scratches, or developing a patina.

We reserve the right to evaluate
and verify all warranty claims. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon
inspection, we will repair or replace your product at no additional cost.
